If you are hunting these you’ll need quick reflexes, they will often attack and then dart for cover in nearby burrows to regroup. They only attack when in groups or provoked. They will avoid combat where possible, often running away at the first sign of trouble. When The Sun Goes DownĪ timid creature, the Lurkers spend most of their time roaming the surface looking for carrion to feast on. When exposed to light they panic and quickly die if unable to escape. Spiders are fearful only of light, which they avoid where possible. If entering a spider-infested area, make sure you have a flashlight or fire to help clear the area. Spiders will strike from darkness, using cocoons, webs and holes from which to launch their attacks. A lone Watchman is no match for a trained Spartan, but their sentries can quickly summon reinforcements if not dealt with quickly and quietly.
