Except for those provisions of this Deposit Agreement that refer specifically to Receipts, all the provisions of this Deposit Agreement shall apply to both certificated and uncertificated American Depositary Shares.

Regulation S Global Covered Bond means a Registered Global Covered Bond representing Covered Bonds sold outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S Īdditional Series Pass Through Trust Agreement means a Trust Supplement entered into in connection with the creation of an Additional Series Pass Through Trust, together with the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.Īmerican Depositary Shares means the securities created under this Deposit Agreement representing rights with respect to the Deposited Securities.
